It all started with YES!, the agency that included the joyful event managers and organized the best events in the region. They realized that they could do a lot more interesting things in their corner of the market, by using the experience gathered through years of work. They wished to arrange things differently, to use their knowledge and offer something new and fresh to the world of marketing. They saw that sometimes problems can occur, which even the clients were not aware of, and they decided to tackle such «inexistent» problems head on. In reality, they wanted to prevent the consequences of the problem we didn't even know existed. They realized that a good idea, knowing the market rules and a good performance can do miracles and that similar method can be used to solve problems in various industries and society levels, and not only in marketing.

First there was the Weekend Media Festival which attracted all media magicians, interested people and sceptics and included learning, thinking, socializing and a little fun. Actually, it included a lot of fun during the last days of summer in beautiful Rovinj while discussing the present and future of the media. Does it get any better than this, the managers wondered. The following year, they received an answer from their colleagues, clients, friends-idols and role models, journalists and producers, important players on the market and young students hungry for knowledge. Weekend Media Festival confirmed its position, and the media experts said they would return next year.

The YES! managers were bored of constantly seeing and hearing the same bands, singers and audience on various events, TV shows, centerfolds and posters. They decided to refresh the scene and they thus created a fun performance they called, for sentimental and humorous reasons, Minival... Namely, some of them had worked in Kulušić for a certain time. Today, the winner of this hilarious festival plays on tour with Reimstein, headlines the T-Mobile In-Music festival with the greatest stars in the world and tells of adventures to friends in school...some don't believe the stories, but that doesn't matter.

All this deserved to be recorded permanently, but who even remembers videotapes and recorders? The cell phone was the first thing they could find, and thus was born Plavi Zub (Blue Tooth), the first festival of film made by cell phone. Our dear neighbors in Slovenia liked this festival and so it became international. Who knows, maybe these three-dimensional, blue creatures riding dragons will record something interesting some day on their cell phone and send it to the Festival. There are no reasons to be limited to only one galaxy.

Without their being aware of it, an idea of an agency with a completely fresh approach was born. The idea and the people joined together to create Pepermint! The name imposed itself spontaneously...

Striving for creative freedom, Peppermint managers left their parent home YES!, promising to always be around to help and offer words of comfort, advice, creative solution, new client, productive innovation and agency fee.

Pepermint managers found a place in the DK group, who know virtually everything... Creative concepts, production of commercials, shooting soap-operas, PR and Internet universe... all this is within their reach.
